WANT A SEAT AT THE TABLE?

We’re looking for youth racers and women in motorsports who want to be part of the Round Table discussions at Racing Xtravaganza 2027!

If you’re interested in participating, we want to hear from YOU. Submit a short video — One minute or less — introducing yourself and telling us why you’d like to join the conversation.

In your video, tell us:

Your name and age (for youth applicants)
Where you’re from
How you’re involved in motorsports
A little about your racing or motorsports experience
Why you want to participate in the Round Table
What you feel you could bring to the conversation

You don’t need professional equipment or a perfectly edited video. Just be yourself! We want to meet the people behind the helmets, crews, businesses, and passion that make our racing community what it is.

SUBMISSION TERMS & CONSENT

By submitting a video to Racing Xtravaganza, you acknowledge and agree that submission does not guarantee selection or participation in any Racing Xtravaganza round table, program, or event. Participants will be selected at the sole discretion of Racing Xtravaganza organizers, and selected individuals will be contacted using the information provided with their submission.

By uploading a video, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right and authority to submit the video and its contents.

Video & Media Permission

By submitting your video, you grant Racing Xtravaganza and its organizers permission to view, store, and use the submitted video for purposes related to reviewing and selecting round table participants.

You also authorize Racing Xtravaganza to use your name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video, and/or statements in connection with the promotion and coverage of Racing Xtravaganza, including on its website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and event-related media, without compensation.

Submission of a video does not guarantee that the video itself will be published or used publicly.

Participants Under 18

If the person appearing in the submission is under 18 years of age, the submission must be completed or authorized by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.

By submitting a video on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to provide consent and grants permission for the minor to be considered for participation in Racing Xtravaganza round table activities and for the minor’s name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video, and statements to be used as described above.

Racing Xtravaganza may require additional parental or guardian consent prior to a minor participating in the event.

Participation

Selected participants may be required to follow event rules, schedules, instructions, and conduct expectations. Racing Xtravaganza reserves the right to modify round table topics, schedules, participant selections, or programming when necessary.
